Final results from tweaked MLB model 44-33 up 32.35 units

As everyone knows, especially my clients, I had my first losing season in MLB this past year. In defense, MLB has gone through a major paradigm shift in the last 2 years with hitting becoming the most important aspect as it relates to winning and winning in sports betting.

Now, because good hitting beats good pitching, this produces an unpredictable element to every MLB game played. My tweaked model accounts for this “unpredictable” element. You can no longer “cherry pick” games. So one major change to my handicapping approach to MLB is to play more volume. This accommodates and allows for the unpredictable element to work in your favor.

Most successful stat models use minimal stats and this model is no exception. We only use 3 stats and the results speak for itself.
